These renovated spaces in your home are the most important from a design and execution standpoint.
We have completed well over 100 custom kitchens and 200 custom bathrooms. All of our clients have been overjoyed with the integrated design process and the final product.
Our subcontractors bring not only expertise in their individual craft but also a tremendous help in the design process from a functional standpoint for our clients needs.
Historic Restorations
McGuire and sons has for many years renovated and restored large dwellings designed by Julia Morgan at the San Francisco Theological Seminary.
Our company has also continued for many years to work on the preservation and restoration of a famous Bernard Maybeck dwelling in Ross, California.
We feel a deep commitment to preserving a part of California’s important legacy from the arts and crafts architectural movement of the early 20th century.
Custom Furniture
Tim McGuire creates original designs and commissioned pieces. These truly heirloom quality pieces are executed with classic joinery to last for multiple generations.
Tim McGuire trained at the world-renowned James Krenov College of the Redwoods Furniture School in Fort Bragg, California.
